This past weekend on September 19, The Heritage Hall Museum opened with a reception for the Water Color Society of Alabama’s 2021 - Alabama Members’ Showcase.

Watercolor Workshops were held by artist and 2021 Showcase Awards Judge, Joan Fullerton on September 16, 17, and 18th. View Joan’s video reviewing the Heritage Hall Museum’s 2021 showcase exhibit.

Watercolor Society of Alabama began in 1939 with an exciting vision to promote, create and inspire painters in the art of watercolor media. We embrace that vision by holding juried watercolor competitions each year: WSA Annual National Exhibition, Statewide Alabama Members Showcase, and Online Showcase. We offer workshops taught by nationally and internationally known artists. Vibrant Newsletters, published quarterly, keep members informed and connected.

If you haven’t already planned a visit to the beautiful Heritage Hall Museum in Talladega this coming week, it’s time to reconsider. You don’t want to miss this amazing chance to see this brilliant exhibit of color, dramatic impact, and texture.
